How can I request a return or refund?
If you made a purchase and wish to return or exchange an item, please email us at [email protected] or send a message via WhatsApp at (+54 9 11 6970-6059) (also available on our Tienda Nube store). Please include your full nameorder number, and if possible, the reason for the return — it helps us improve!
We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received — unused and with original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds will be issued once the products arrive at our warehouse and we confirm they are in the same condition as originally sent.
